Range of Filter Paper
Viscose filter fleece is used on paper belt filters to filter coolants and oil in cutting and grinding processes. Viscose fleece is transported on a metal wire conveyor belt, so that very thin filter fleece can be used. The viscose fleece is available in many different qualities. Viscose fleece is one of the cheapest filter fleece types we offer.
Nonwoven fabric is used on paper belt filters to filter coolants and oil in cutting and grinding processes. Nonwoven fabric is transported on a metal wire conveyor belt, so that very thin filter fleece can be used. In contrast to other filter fleece, nonwoven fabric is available in very thin qualities below 20 g/m². The nonwoven fabric is a very low-cost filter fleece.
Polyester filter fleece is used for deep bed band filters, vacuum filters and paper belt filters to filter coolants and oil in cutting and grinding processes. Polyester filter paper has a high tensile strength and is available in qualities from 20 g/m². This property allows the filter fleece to be wound up, so that the waste product can be disposed of separately.
Needle punched fleece is our most efficient filter fleece used in deep bed band filters, vacuum filters and paper belt filters for filtering coolants and oil in cutting and grinding processes. Needle punched fleece has a high tensile strength and is available in qualities from 60 g/m². Needle punched fleece is a three-dimensional fleece that enables high filter purities due to this property.
